The sports camp refund policy is to ensure that athletes are afforded them same opportunity to reserve a spot a camp.
- A minimum down payment of $100, (per camp) is required to reserve your spot. Campers with multiple participation are entitled to a pro-rated down payment. Please Contact Aaron Thomas at 268-6265 with questions.
- Once your down payment is received you may
- Cancel up to one month before the start of camp and receive a 100 % Refund.
- No refunds within a month of the start of camp.
- Your spot will not be reserved without a down payment prior to the start.
- Every attempt will be made to work cooperatively with families to set up a reasonable payment plan.
- In unusual cases parents may appeal a refund with corresponding data. Ex. Injury (Broken Arm)
- Credit Card transactions are subject to a 4% Handling Fee. Credit transactions are refundable as outlined above, except Handling Fees are not refundable.
